Lil Wickenhauser

Lil was first licensed as a Realtor in Colorado in 1977. Shortly thereafter she and her family moved to Washington State, where she practiced real estate sales in the Tri-City area of Eastern Washington for many years. Though she had planned to retire in 2000, she resumed her real estate career after arriving here in Sequim.
Lil’s clients appreciate her communication skills and her dedication to meeting their needs. She has built these skills throughout her real estate career. She has years of experience as a local estate sales consultant and planner and puts that knowledge to use when assisting her Sellers in preparing to move.
Away from the office Lil enjoys traveling, visiting her children and grandchildren, and spends some of her spare time quilting. Her quilts can be found at local, seasonal craft shows and bazaars.

Tom Hanna

Before he began his career in real estate, Tom Hanna was a contractor who specialized in new construction and remodeling for over three decades. Rod Normandin
Broker
Rod Normandin received his Washington State real estate license in 1983. He has been an active member in the Sequim Association of Realtors since he relocated here 1993 after purchasing a mobile home park in Carlsborg. He is one of BrokersGroup’s original agents, and has been with the office since its opening in 2007.
Rod is well respected in the real estate community, and he brings years of experience in residential and land sales to BrokerGroup. He is equipped to handle investment properties, commercial real estate, manufactured homes, and private well water operations.
Rod’s done a little bit of it all in his two decades on the Olympic Peninsula. He’s been a boat owner and operator, fisherman, manager of a mobile home park, and is a frequent visitor to beautiful Lake Crescent. His clients will benefit from his intimate knowledge of the area and the local businesses. Hazel Ault
Designated Broker
Hazel has been a realtor on the Olympic Peninsula for 25 years. In 2007, Hazel, Deborah Norman, and Kaylene Byrne opened BrokersGroup Real Estate Professionals and she has been the Designated Broker ever since.
A designated broker’s duty is to supervise the conduct of all licensed staff members in the office. She is responsible for all listing and sales transactions, as well as other contracts that relate to brokerage service. Hazel takes this responsibility seriously, and diligently keeps BrokersGroup up to date with Washington’s changing rules and regulations and the multiple listing services used by her clients and co-workers. She does this by attending continuing education classes, both locally and at the state level. She goes above and beyond the required hours needed to renew a broker license. Hazel takes her role seriously and serves her brokers and client with honesty and integrity.
Hazel and her husband Jim have a deep connection to Sequim. They trace their ancestry to the pioneer families that first settled the Sequim Valley. Hazel is committed to her community. She is active with local events, a member of the local Pioneer Association, a member of the Sequim Museum and Arts Center, and the Sequim Prairie Grange. She is a proud grandmother of 10 and a great grandmother of two.

Patricia Parnell

Patricia Parnell has been a realtor for over 15 years. She began her real estate career at a large firm in Lynwood, Washington and managed the company for eight years during her tenure.

Jim Hardie
Managing Broker
Jim Hardie moved to the Olympic Peninsula with his wife Pam in 2000 from Sacramento, California. He has a degree in Business Administration from California State University, and has nearly forty years of experience in the real estate business. He has extensive experience in investment and residential real estate and has been a real estate business owner in California and Washington.
Upon moving to Sequim, he opened U-Save Real Estate LLC and operated it for 10 years before deciding to retire. Retirement didn’t last long for him. His dedication to clients and passion for the industry brought him to BrokersGroup Real Estate Professionals, who welcomed him with open arms. He is a licensed pilot and an avid sailor. In his free time, he enjoys flying, hiking, sailing horseback riding, and traveling with his wife.
